Tengile MalaMala Collection

Challenge

Tengile MalaMala Collection needed one digital experience to introduce two lodges and three camps while expressing almost a century of stewardship, community partnership and quiet luxury. The site also had to translate a complex hospitality offering into a clear path from inspiration to accommodation discovery and personalised trip planning.

Approach

Byndex delivered an immersive editorial journey shaped by cinematic imagery, refined typography, considered pacing and subtle microinteractions. The experience connects wilderness, accommodation, conservation, community and heritage through narrative sections, interactive galleries and intuitive enquiry routes.

Outcome

The resulting platform presents the collection as a distinctive luxury-safari destination while giving conservation, community ownership and long-term stewardship equal prominence. The project received an Awwwards Honorable Mention on July 28, 2026.
